Quick Start

This guide walks you through your first task with Bronco. You will ask Bronco to visit a car listing, pick four cars that match your criteria, create a brochure, and write a report — all in one step.

MEMO The playground must be enabled before starting. Open Bronco settings and turn on the Playground. Bronco starts the playground and makes it available for this workflow.

1. Open a chat

Click the Bronco icon in the menu bar and choose New Chat.

2. Send your request

Type or paste this message into the chat:

Visit the playground, find 4 cars that cost under $15,000 with under 100,000 miles from 2018 or newer, save a picture of each one, combine the four pictures into a single image with name and price labels, and save it to my shared folder. Then look at the finished image to check the quality and write a summary of the 4 cars.

Press Send.

3. Watch Bronco work

Bronco handles each step on its own. You see each step appear in the chat as it happens.

First, Bronco visits the car listings page and reads the available cars. Ten cars are listed. Bronco compares each one against your criteria: price below $15,000, fewer than 100,000 miles, and from 2018 or newer.

Bronco finds four cars that match:

Bronco visits each car's page and saves an image of each one.

Next, Bronco uses image tools in the protected work area to combine the four pictures into a single image. It resizes them to fit together and adds text labels under each one showing the car name, year, and price.

The finished picture is saved as brochure.png in your shared folder.

Bronco then reads the finished image back and inspects it. It checks that all four cars are present, the labels are correct, and the layout is clean.

Finally, Bronco writes a summary report as car-report.md in your shared folder. The report explains which cars were chosen, why they match your criteria, and includes a quality note about the brochure.

4. Find your results

Open Finder and go to the Bronco folder in your home folder. You will find:

MEMO The Bronco folder is also called the shared folder. Bronco saves work there so you can open it with Finder. You can also drag files into this folder to make them available to Bronco.
